500 gm Spinach (finely chopped)
2 Red Chilies (Whole)
1 tbsp Ginger (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Cream
1 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Sauté red chilies, garlic and ginger until light brown in color.
- Add the spinach and salt. Mix well.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes over high heat, stir constantly, until the spinach is tender and dry.
- Garnish with the cream and serve.
