Creamy Palak Bhurji
This mildly flavored dish is very healthy as it is rich in iron.

Ingredients:
500 gm Spinach (finely chopped)
2 Red Chilies (Whole)
1 tbsp Ginger (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Cream
1 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Melt the butter in a pan.
  2. Sauté red chilies, garlic and ginger until light brown in color.
  3. Add the spinach and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cook for 6-7 minutes over high heat, stir constantly, until the spinach is tender and dry.
  5. Garnish with the cream and serve.
