Garlic Beans
This is simple and easy side dish. As butter burns quicker than the oil, so butter added with olive oil gives a smoke point much higher than that of butter. Butter is added for flavor and oil to keep the butter from smoking.

Ingredients:
500gms Green Beans
8-10 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 cup Baby Spinach (chopped)
1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Boil green beans in salted water. Drain it and keep aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in the wok. Add garlic, sesame seeds and chili flakes to it.
  3. Add green beans to it and saute for few minutes.
  4. Add baby spinach to beans along with salt and cook for few seconds.
  5. Serve hot.
