This is spicy and delicious main course dish. Serve with rice or noodles.

2 Chicken Breast (diced)
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 Onion (sliced)
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 Green Capsicum (finely striped)
1 cup Mushrooms
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil
- Coat chicken with the cornstarch. Heat oil in the wok and fry chicken till golden brown. Drain it and keep aside.
- Sauté ginger, garlic and onion. Add capsicum and mushrooms. Cook for some time.
- Add fried chicken along with black pepper, salt, soy and oyster sauce and water.
- Cook till chicken is tender.
