Stir-Fried Black Pepper Chicken
This is spicy and delicious main course dish. Serve with rice or noodles.

Number of Servings: 2-4
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breast (diced)
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 Onion (sliced)
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 Green Capsicum (finely striped)
1 cup Mushrooms
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil
Directions:
  1. Coat chicken with the cornstarch. Heat oil in the wok and fry chicken till golden brown. Drain it and keep aside.
  2. Sauté ginger, garlic and onion. Add capsicum and mushrooms. Cook for some time.
  3. Add fried chicken along with black pepper, salt, soy and oyster sauce and water.
  4. Cook till chicken is tender.
