Bean and Garlic Dip
A Mexican dip. Soak pinto beans overnight and cook them till tender.

Ingredients:
2 cups Pinto beans (rajma)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Garlic (grounded into paste)
4-5 Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Soak pinto beans overnight and cook them till tender.
  2. Mash them lightly.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
