500gms Broccoli (trimmed)
2 tsp Ginger (minced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ Red Pepper
¼ tsp Vinegar
¾ tsp Salt
¼ cup Water
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet.
- Sauté ginger, pepper, and garlic.
- Add Broccoli and salt. Sauté 2 minutes.
- Add vinegar and water.
- Cover and cook over low heat until tender.
