Ginger-Garlic Broccoli
It has a crunchy texture and blends perfectly well with bread or rice.

Ingredients:
500gms Broccoli (trimmed)
2 tsp Ginger (minced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ Red Pepper
¼ tsp Vinegar
¾ tsp Salt
¼ cup Water
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet.
  2. Sauté ginger, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Add Broccoli and salt. Sauté 2 minutes.
  4. Add vinegar and water.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat until tender.
