This is very filling and nourishing for breakfast. It also makes a nice snack.

1 cup Cornmeal
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
3 cups water
- Heat water in the pan and add cornmeal and salt. Lower the heat and keep stirring until the mixture thickens. Add sugar to it.
- Grease the loaf pan and pour the mixture in it. Let it cool for 5-6 hours.
- Take out cornmeal from pan and cut into slices.
- Heat the skillet and cook cornmeal slices until brown.
- Serve with honey or maple syrup.
