Cornmeal Mush
This is very filling and nourishing for breakfast. It also makes a nice snack.

Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup Cornmeal
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
3 cups water
Directions:
  1. Heat water in the pan and add cornmeal and salt. Lower the heat and keep stirring until the mixture thickens. Add sugar to it.
  2. Grease the loaf pan and pour the mixture in it. Let it cool for 5-6 hours.
  3. Take out cornmeal from pan and cut into slices.
  4. Heat the skillet and cook cornmeal slices until brown.
  5. Serve with honey or maple syrup.
